SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders take around 4 weeks to be complete due to all items being hand painted and or hand sewn.Once your item is complete it will be sent with your chosen delivery option. From then it will take either 3-5 days or 1-2 days depending on the shipping chosen at checkout.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately due to all items being hand painted we do not offer any refunds or exchanges as each item is made for you. With this being the case, when selecting your size please make sure you are selecting a size you are happy with as we are not liable for any mistakes made during ordering.

 

UPDATES ON YOUR ORDER

If you would like an update on your order after 3 weeks please send us a message on instagram with your full name and order number.

 

SENDING IN YOUR OWN ITEMS

If you would like to send in your own item please either email or dm us with the item you would like to send with the full design you would like. If you are unable to think of a design let us know and we can help! Once a price is given and payment is made you will receive a address to send your item to.
